About Facility Maintenance Services

FMS provides 92 clients with services ranging from cleaning commercial office space to snow removal to moving cubicles. Our 50 detail-oriented employees work at sites in Portsmouth, New Hampshire up to Islesboro, Maine. We can take care of a million square feet construction clean or handle a last minute request to paint quarters on a U.S. Military base.
